At Gokul Diagnostics, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to maintain efficient operations while remaining considerate of our patients’ needs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

• If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged.

Refund Policy

• For prepaid appointments canceled within the permitted timeframe, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
